How Our On-Site Pharmacy Services Work

Your Pharmacy Partner

Since 2008, we’ve partnered with large, self-insured employers to implement, manage, and sustain pharmacies for their employees and dependents. On-Site Rx builds and manages a pharmacy while our clients enjoy the service and the savings that the pharmacy provides. The client provides the site, physical upgrades, and utilities. On-Site Rx will:

Design and outfit a full-service pharmacy in the designated space
Manage all aspects of the pharmacy licensure and buildout
Provide staffing and management of all processes
Coordinate the integration of the pharmacy into the client’s pharmacy network

At On-Site Rx, we partner with large employers comprising more than 1,000 geographically concentrated employees. The target customers for our on-site pharmacy services:

• Are self-funded plan sponsors
• Have a geographically concentrated population
• Have ≥ 30,000 claims per year
• Can expect 50% of claims in year one and 75% of claims in year two to go to the on-site pharmacy
